Mini-exercise: Track how many apps your sales team toggles between in a day. Can you consolidate or automate 10% of those actions with AI-based tools? Even simple email drafting, note-taking, or qualification scoring can save serious time.

L — Leadership

Strong systems don't build themselves. Coaching founders and sales leaders to lead with clarity and consistency is the multiplier that turns frameworks into results.

Mini-exercise: Schedule a short weekly coaching moment — 15 minutes max — with your sales lead or key founder. Focus on what system tweak they experimented with that week and what the result was.
